Yes. The Free plan gives you 3 practice sessions every month with full scoring and tips. You only need an email address to sign in. No card, no GCash.

Each practice you start, including retakes, counts as one session, whether or not you finish it. Free and Pro sessions reset on the 1st of every month. A Job-hunt pass counts from the moment it's switched on and ends after 7 days.

GCash or Maya. Choose a plan on the Plan tab in the app (or email us), we reply with payment details, and your plan is switched on within a day of payment. Plans don't auto-renew. You'll see a reminder before yours ends.

Each scenario has a customer with a name, a mood and a background: an annoyed subscriber who was charged twice, a dad whose birthday gift is late, someone locked out of their account on rent day. They react to what you actually write, so a vague answer gets a follow-up question, just like a real customer.

An AI judge reads the whole conversation and scores you on empathy, discovery, accuracy, resolution and communication, 1 to 5 each. Every score comes with the reason, quoting what you wrote, plus tips for your next try. It's coaching, not an official assessment, and it can be wrong, so read the reasons rather than just the number.

We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. What it does is give you reps: realistic difficult customers, as many times as your plan allows, with specific feedback each time.

Yes, on Pro or the Job-hunt pass. Upload the client's SOP or FAQ (PDF, Word or text) and we draft practice scenarios from it, using its actual policies. Only upload documents you're allowed to use for your own training.

They're private to your account and used only to run your practice and feedback. We don't sell them and don't share them with other users. Email hello@cntxtqry.com any time to have them deleted.
